  • Dot iespēju skolēniem veiksmīgāk integrēties Eiropas sabiedrībā.

Aktivitātes moto: Māksla savieno!

“Last week, within the framework of the European Union’s Erasmus project, a student exchange took place with the Max Ernst Schule in Riedelbach.

During this exchange, the students from Latvia, Northern Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Cyprus and Germany created six large graffities on large plate graffities on the theme “Diversity united” on the theme.

Four of these six graffities were able to admire you already last weekend on the European Day of the All-Town Circle as part of our holiday weekend.

Not only do I think the whole project is great, but much more I am impressed by the creativity and the great implementation of the theme in pictures.

A film made on this very powerful shows how the youth cross the border, with this topic in such turbulent times as we are currently experiencing them.

My heartfelt thanks go to the Max Ernst Schule in Weilrod Riedelbach and here to Mrs. Clara Sophie Ihlein, who has accompanied and supervised the project.

So that these great works of art are not lost, we as an administration decided to add three of the boards in municipal buildings.

Warmly you,
Götz Eater,
Mayor”
